Major General (retd.) Alain Didier has extensive experience in command, crisis management, organizational transformation and leadership from the French Army, including key roles in the mountains infantry brigade and the 7th Chasseurs Alpins battalion. He is now a management consultant who helps companies build resilience, performance and leadership.

Gen. (retd., army corps) Frank Barrera spent 40 years at the Ministry of the Armed Forces in command, staff and advisory roles to the highest authorities. Former commander of the 1st Marine Infantry Regiment and of French forces in New Caledonia, he took part in some ten foreign operations in Africa, the Balkans and Afghanistan. He led major reorganizations of armed-forces support and worked at the heart of the political process, in particular as military and strategic advisor to five Prime Ministers, for whom he carried the 2024–2030 Military Planning Law. A graduate of Saint-Cyr, a graduate of the War College and an auditor of the CHEM and the IHEDN, he is today a leading reference in strategic analysis and politico-military relations.

After 37 years in the French Army, including three recent years in Lebanon in close military cooperation with the Lebanese army, I now support civil organizations that want to understand, approach, or join the defense ecosystem. My operational experience across several international theaters has given me a strategic, cross-cultural read on today's issues. Former Director of the French Army's public information and public relations service, communication advisor to two Army chiefs of staff and an instructor at Saint-Cyr, I have also taught at the Canadian War College and in Lebanon. A specialist in crisis management, institutional communication and international cooperation, I help companies decode what the defense sector expects, structure their messages and build credibility. At Auteuil Business Consulting, I put that experience to work for a clear goal: to build strong bridges between the civil world and the requirements of the defense sector.

Maj. Gen. (retd.) Jean-Marc Chatillon spent the first part of his career in command of operational logistics units. He then specialized in organization and human resources management. Recent roles have built on that experience, in particular as head of French Army recruitment (16,000 young recruits a year), commander of French Army training (roughly fifteen schools) and then deputy to the head of the French Army's human resources directorate.
