The website auteuilbusinessconsulting.com collects personal data in the following cases.

When you voluntarily fill in one of the forms available on the site. Depending on the form used, the data collected is as follows:

• Contact form: name, phone number, email address, message content;
• Conference inquiry form: type of request, name, company or organization (optional), email address, phone number, message content, preferred speaker (optional);
• Auteuil Letter subscription form: last name and email address (required); first name, company and job title (optional).

In each case, your consent to processing is also recorded when you tick the relevant checkbox before submitting the form.

While you browse, the website uses Umami Cloud, an audience-measurement service published by Umami Software. It does not set cookies. The information collected consists of traffic statistics: pages viewed, previous page (referrer), device type, browser, operating system, browser language and approximate country. The IP address is used only transiently to determine the country of connection and is not stored. This data does not identify a visitor by name and is not matched with other files.

The website does not use advertising-tracking or profiling tools (such as Google Analytics).

The data collected via the forms is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your requests for information, business introductions or speaking engagements (contact and conference forms);
• Follow up on the commercial or pre-contractual relationship with you;
• Send you the Auteuil Letter by email and manage your subscription, if you have signed up.

Browsing data collected via Umami Cloud is used exclusively to measure website traffic, understand which pages are viewed and improve the content. It is not used for advertising or commercial profiling.
